Harley MacPherson is a freshman at Bullard High who plays the cymbal in the marching band and wants to stay with marching band until college.

Q: Why did you want to join marching band?

A: It seemed fun to play and learn how to play the drums.

Q: Do you plan to play any other instrument next year?

A: I want to try to play the bass drum my sophomore year.

Q: How long does marching band practice?

A: We usually practice for four to five hours.

Q: Do you plan to be in a college marching band?

A: I may stay until college, but it is undecided.

Q: How long do you plan to stay on the marching band in high school?

A: I plan to stay until senior year at Bullard.
