        If you are drowsy and tired it could be because of  day light saving time, created to make better use of our limited daytime. We change our clocks during at the start of spring to move an hour of daylight from the morning to the evening. Many students that like daylight savings because the fall time change gives them an extra hour of sleep. The obvious downside is how quickly the sunsets however multiple students said that they are “inside playing on my phone and playing video games all day anyway so I don’t care that it starts getting dark early”. The athletes however dont like how daylight savings cuts their practice time due to the sun setting early. when the time changes a hour it can trigger underlying health issues. Tired drivers can cause accidents, people can mess up at their job and many other horrific accidents can occur
