Q&A with Bullard Girls Softball player: Logan Kolehmainen

This week we interviewed Senior Logan Kolehmainen about softball. In this interview she talked about her personal goals, her team’s goals, where she will be attending college (for softball), and what softball means to her. She seemed very excited and ready for what’s to come in the future.

Q: What are your personal goals?

A: I want to be a threat at the plate and have a season with no errors on the field.

Q: What are your teams goals?

A: As a team, I want to see us grow into our full potential and finish out our season strong.

Q: How’s the team looking this season.

A: Right now we’re starting off kind of slow but I know we have the talent to be a really strong team, but as a young team I know we’ll grow throughout the season.

Q: Where has softball taught you?

A: To me, softball is more than just playing a sport/game. It’s a life lesson and it’s taught me hard work, integrity and team work which are all good to have a know.

Q: Are you advancing your career?

A: I will be playing D1 softball at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Q: What will you be studying?

A: I will be studying mechanical engineering.

Q: Any other sports?

A: No.

Q: What’s your favorite past time?

A: Hitting home runs.
