Every year since 2019, Wilson and Autism Speaks, come out with new baseball gloves for Autism Awareness Month. The “Love the Moment” products promote inclusion, acceptance and understanding for people on the autism spectrum. Ten percent of every product sold goes to autism speaks and there is also a straight donation of $150,000 every year.

With one and 36 people having autism it is a big thing in our community. Autism Speaks is dedicated to helping the lives of people on the spectrum and providing solutions for the future. They promote equality, inclusion, and diversity. However, it doesn’t stop there. Autism Speaks also fights for further research on the spectrum and creating innovations to improve daily life.

Overall, this project is one that should never diminish as it brings in loads of money to better conditions for people on the autism spectrum. The project spreads a wonderful message as well. It spreads the word of inclusion and makes everyone equals. Everyone is unique in their own ways, but that doesn’t mean we’re any better than the other, so remember to stay spread kindness, inclusion, and equality.
